Canggu Puri Merta, just 25 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, yet totally secluded and seemingly far from the main tourist area of Kuta and Legian Beach, and within minutes from Canggu Beach.

inspired by the "Water Palaces" of East Bali, The villas are laid out following the traditional Balinese building law, Asta Bumi, Hasta Kosala Kosali and modified for modern age. Each of the three courtyards has its own shrine in the North and East. One enter the compounds (abode of lord Brahma, the protector) and beds are aligned with their heads to either North the Holly mount Agung or the East (lord Siwa).

Interior :
All the interior items were made or source locally i.e. Indonesia-made, with few exception of few lights and chandelier parts from London. Most of the furniture was bought on shopping trips to the (over 500) antique shops in Legian-Seminyak-Kerobokan. The paints was finished by Samsara take their inspiration from the drawing of the great Bali-Phil Miguel Covarubias (the sliding panel). The house gates called kori. in Bali, highlight all the diverse architectural styles of Balo. The garden are lush and tropical-the riverside bamboo grove a fitting backdrop to the hotel "stage".
