Tegal Sari is a truly great Balinese hotel, set amongst the rice fields, just off Jalan Hanoman Road, on the southern outskirts of Ubud. Separated from the road by a footpath through a lush green paddy field. Tegal Sari has it's restaurant, bar, unique stone bottomed swimming pool, open air gym, massage bale and duplex room units along a thin line, leaving guests virtually surrounded by the local fields.

Tegal Sari is situated away from the main streets but close enough to reach Ubud Market, the famous art market and Ubud Monkey Forest (accessible within a walking distance through rice paddies).
Through its verdant rice field you might listen to the night orchestra of singing frogs or have the opportunity to join local villagers catching eels, or watching them tending the fields, Everything in the village is magic.

The Duplex bungalows feature 80 square meters of spacious room upstairs and terrace downstairs. The rooms are equipped with bamboo furniture, hot shower, ceiling fans and balconies overlooking rice paddies and tropical sunset. All room are with balconies overlooking rice paddies.
You may also choose our standard rooms, still featuring hot shower, bamboo furniture and ceiling fan. Or meet your expectation of more luxurious night in our deluxe rooms with the addition of spacious living room and air conditioner.
Additional facilities include Balinese massage, available on request, and could be organized at either poolside or in our traditional lotus pond surrounding Balinese Bale. You may also start your day exercising at our open air gymnasium.

You may wake up in the morning. Visit the Ubud market and prepare your own foods in our kitchenette. However, breakfast is available from our thatched-roof warung.
Our pool is one of the few using natural stone bottom combined with sunken bar which provides a full range of favorites from lemon juice to most selected wines.
