General Terms and Conditions at Bali Travel Shop

1. All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are nett, including 21% tax & service charges.
2. All reservation and inquiries shall be forwarded to us with all details services required.
3. Full prepayment is required 14 days during low season and 30 days during high season and 45 days during peak season.
4. Payment upon arrival is referred to the confirmation and approval from the director of the company BUT credit card guarantee is still needed.
5. Cancellation fee will be charged to you if the hotels or other suppliers apply cancellation fee for any cancellation made. The total of cancellation fee depends of the regulations from each suppliers.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

We accept all majors of credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and JCB and will charge and convert into Indonesian Rupiah once you confirm the reservation on upon arrival in Bali.
